A Child Friendly clown in South Orange County, and an experienced Clown since 1993.  Serving all of Orange County, San Diego County and Los Angeles County in California, Butterscotch is a firm believer in constant clown education. Butterscotch is also a clown educator herself and recipient of many awards. It's no wonder Butterscotch is the best choice for any event or party!
